All delicate natural fibers—including Mulberry silk, pure linen, and fine cotton lawn—are heat-sealed inside a military-grade moisture-barrier waterproof inner sleeve before being placed in the rigid outer box, guaranteeing 100% dry arrival.
Can you ship my fabric directly to my tailor (Masterji)?+
Absolutely. During checkout, enter your Masterji’s workshop address as the Shipping Address and your own email/phone for tracking. We include a specialized tailor cut slip with your order detailing bolt length, shrinkage advice, and panna width.
What is the cutoff time for same-day dispatch?+
Prepaid orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are measured, cut, inspected, and handed over to express couriers on the same day.
